General computer repair, Windows or macOS problems, printers, email, WiFi, network administration, malware, cybersecurity services, and hardware failures are outside scope.
A new computer, more users, integrations, or a new workflow requires a separate quote. If an issue sits outside the AI setup, we stop and refer you to your IT provider before extra work begins.

Is this the same as ChatGPT?
It offers a similar chat style experience using a model installed locally. Model quality, speed, and features vary with the hardware and software. We help you test the tasks that matter to you before expanding the setup.
Can my existing computer run it?
Possibly. The processor, RAM, graphics memory, free storage, and intended tasks all matter. A modest computer can handle some smaller models; larger documents and more simultaneous users may need more capable hardware. We assess before recommending a purchase.
Does it work without the internet?
A local only setup can operate offline once the required software and models are installed. Downloads and updates need a planned process. Strictly isolated networks require extra planning and a separately agreed installation scope.
Does local AI automatically make me compliant?
No. Local processing does not certify a system or guarantee confidentiality, legal privilege, or compliance. Your organization’s access, security, and approval requirements still apply. AI output can be wrong and needs human review.
Are there ongoing costs?
The installation is a one time service. You still have equipment, electricity, maintenance, and any agreed software licence costs. Optional support and future changes are separate. The quote identifies any paid components before installation.
Do you work with government employees?
We can discuss an authorized workplace project with your IT and security representatives, or a personal use setup for your own device. Workplace installations require organizational approval. We do not claim government endorsement, security clearance, or authorization to handle classified information.
